The 66th Annual Brighton Show will be held on Sunday 11th November, 2012 – Pontville Grounds, Pontville with some events being held on Saturday 10th November, 2012. More details will be posted as soon as these are available.
Wood chopping, sideshow alley, show bags, animals, food, crafts, baby quest plus lots of free entertainment.
A new feature this year will be the Fruit Cake Cooking Competition. Check out the recipe on the schedule page. Come along and enjoy a “little bit of country”.
One of the oldest local shows, the Brighton Agricultural Show still retains its classic country feel.
We cater for many animals with various competitions including beef cattle and cattle handlers, horses and horse riding, western events, show jumping and pony club classes, stud sheep and trade lambs, fleece, hall of industries, photography, wood chopping, dog competition, dog high jump and state championship, pet parade, pigeons and poultry and Rural Youth Ute Competition.
